A New Online Adventure

We’re really proud to share with you our latest adventure and this time it’s online! Since 2014 the group has grown significantly with 100 more people taking part in Scouting each week. Young people are now learning #skillsforlife each night of the working week in Farnsfield.

‘Jam packed with information’

With all the fun going on and it being a special 75th birthday year we wanted to tell everyone else about it so we’ve teamed up with Scout Websites to move us into the 21st century with our very own website for 1st Farnsfield Scout Group! It’s jam packed with information, features and functionality to power the group into the future online. There’s even a button to make a donation towards our work.

‘It can’t help us with everything’

The new website is designed to give over 150 members, families and supporters a place to visit for the latest information, news and events. It also helps us with new members and volunteers joining to make it as easy as possible to get involved. Unfortunately it can’t help us with everything and we are still in need of more adults and space to run our activities.
